Renewable energy has most commonly known sources as in... wind, solar, water, biomass, and geothermal energy. Wind energy is produced by windmills on top of mountains getting energy from the wind. Solar takes energy from the sun. Water uses dams turning a turbine to produce energy. Biomass is the burning of plants but this is not recommended for anyone.
